Easter 2016

To kickoff our Easter weekend, Easton got to experience his first Easter egg hunt. Lets just take a second to zoom in on that adorable boy:

Every year, a woman in our old ward hosts a big Easter egg hunt for all of the little kids. They have an amazing yard that the kids got to play in and have lunch before hunting for eggs in the front yard. Easton REALLY wanted to go swimming, though. (So did I!)

Once he realized what we were doing, he really liked looking for eggs

^twinners!^

The Easter Bunny came early Sunday morning and brought the boys some summer clothes, animals, and a little Easter candy for their mama.

Could've been worse ;)

Then Sunday afternoon, we had an Easter feast with some families from church with kids Easton's age. We had hawaiian haystacks, deviled eggs, and dessert, of course. It actually turned out really, really well. The weather was nice and we put together a nice big table on the back patio.

Grandpa & Grandma Baker Meet Brigham

The day after my dad left, Blaine's parents came to visit and meet Brigham for the first time.
Our first stop: Cabelas, of course

And they watched the boys for a morning while I snuck away for a hot date with my boyfriend...

We went to a hunting and fishing expo at the fairgrounds and Easton got to see a lot of animals
(both alive and stuffed)

They were selling chocolate labs to train into hunting dogs, but Easton didn't care for the puppies at all. He kept coming back to the big dad dog, who was still smaller than Jake and way less excited even though he was 2, also.

^^Just driving another ATV^^

My Oklahoma home dressed the part

Easton liked sitting in the boats

To my surprise, Easton LOVED climbing up and sliding down the big inflatable slide.
The videos are  so cute. He has the best laugh

Dave was able to do a couple much needed house repairs, but he can't take all the credit.
Check out Easton swinging that hammer

I love hand-holding pictures...
And I love his walk... and everything about him.

Flew his first kite at the park while Jakey swam in the lake

Zoom in on that smile on Grandpa's face

We also had a zoo day!

^^One of the few pictures of our family of four so far... its a real winner ;)^^
