We swam at the floating docks at the dam. Easton didn't love having to wear a lifejacket but he did like getting his feet dipped in the water.
We also made a day trip to Glacier, but it mostly turned into a little fishing trip for Blaine and his dad. There's been a lot of fires this summer, so it was really smoky and pretty chilly and its hard to hike too far with a one year old (and a pregnant woman).
Then 2 nights before we left, we threw his parents a little 30th anniversary party. It was a cute rustic backyard gathering with root beer floats and an ice cream sundae bar.
Our parents have each been married 30 years, but my parents' anniversary was in June, so I'll owe them a party for their 31st ;)
