Christmas in Montana, part 3

For Christmas Eve (as per tradition), we went to Blaine's grandma's for food, games, and presents.

My Grandma Madsen sent Easton the cutest little sweater, so we decided to get similar ones and start a Christmas sweater tradition!

4 Generations

Look at those eyes! They went wide and cross-eyed at his big gift bag

Then Christmas morning started early--not because everyone was so excited to open presents--but because Blaine's dad works night shifts in the hospital lab and gets off at 6am and then goes back to bed until he has to go back the next night.
So we all woke up to open presents together and then went back to sleep.

My sweet boy was still sooooooooooooooooooooo tired

Then we got to skype my sister Abbie on her mission! When you go on a mission, you can't talk on the phone with your family. You can write letters and all that, but you can only call/skype on Mother's Day and Christmas Day. So we 3-way skyped with my family in Florida, and Abbie in Idaho/Oregon.

After the get-together Christmas Eve, me, Blaine, and his sister Erin went to visit his dad working the night shift at the hospital. He drew our blood and tested it while we played with the equipment.

as the picture below shows, it was the middle of the night...

The next day we went down to the Kootenai River with the falls and swinging bridge. It's so pretty--one of my favorite places in Libby. This time, the snow line was pretty cool.

And lastly, some wrestling

Grandpa Baker's never been happier
