Blaine's parents came to visit for their Spring Break!
Luckily we had nice weather, so we were able to be outside a lot.
They helped us a lot with the spring cleaning of our yard
Jake was happy to have the company in his yard
Even though Blaine had to study for 2 tests that week, he wanted to be a part of the action
Our sweet neighbor across the street saw us out working in the front yard and brought us out some of his freshly made bread and jam
Poor Blaine didn't get to play too much because he had to work
We went to the 45th Infantry Museum and saw some cool artifacts from every war America has ever been in. Everything smells like mothballs in this free little museum, but if you actually look at whats in there, it's pretty impressive. I've talked it about it before here
We blew bubbles for Jake
and he popped them with his tongue
and then got so excited, he jumped up to get more
We went for walks
and played catch with Jake
and Charlotte even did a hill sprint
Grandpa and Grandma bought him a swing to put up in the tree in the backyard. He seriously loves it. We swing at least once a day, usually while simultaneously throwing balls for Jake
And we saw the Land Run Monuments, which are 1.5 times to scale
And Easton got his second hair cut (at 8.5 months)
We dyed eggs while snacking on fruit and fondue
Easton fell asleep mid-story during church
It was a fun week!
